I lost my receipt and I needed to make an urgent exchange. The manager was great and professional by listening to what I had to say about losing my receipt. I told them the date and time and they managed to find my purchase easily through their system. The managers name was sash and he was very professional and helped me in such a good way. Very friendly and polite, you can’t ask for a better service. Thanks again!
there is a special circle of hell reserved for people who deliberately make the escalators the least convenient layout, put all the racks too close to walk between them without colliding with people, put tills on floors that have signs that say they can be used but then don't let people use them - but I guess that's most Primarks and ultimately it still sells what it's supposed to
Maljit is such a lovely staff member who helped make my day, helped me so much as prior to her I spoke to mariam and she was the rudest staff member I’ve ever spoken 2. Completely stressed me out while I was with my disabled daughter. A few other staff members don’t really know what they’re doing, really need to hire better.
There is massive selection of clothing wear for everyone and their products are truly satisfying and most definitely value for money. Unfortunately as a woman of color a young check out clerk refused to serve me and my colleague. At first I wasn't sure that my intuition was correct, as we approached the counter she said she wasn't available and went about fidgeting with hangers and stuff. We waited in silence and another cashier assisted, then from the peripheral of my right eye I saw the 1st cashier checking out a customer who wasn't colored. I called the attention of the manager and explained that she has no place at a counter with a diverse clientele. He assured me he'd speak with her, however, no matter how good their products are, it has left a poor impression on me of their customer service values. I think it's important that others are aware and not be startled if they encounter this poor behavior.
