Very unhappy as i went to change a dress i got online and not only they do not have the brand in the store there was nothing in my size either. I got advised to shop there for my wedding as i needed a simple dress but really disappointed and is like no sales person can actually bother to help u. Never again

I loved my shopping experience at Debenhams Coventry. The staff are very helpful and polite. I remember the name and forget the other ladies name. Also the man who checked stock levels for me of a product. I highly recommend this store for clothes shopping. I have yet to do other shopping there.

My experience here was amazing, needed some rejuvenating skin cream and the kind lady at estee launder with the beautiful blond hair directed me and helped me. I felt very comfortable and not like she was judging me or annoyed at me like most sales people do.

I'm actually in the cafe trying to find something gluten free to eat. Came into Debenhams as the cafe in the west orchards centre was just too hot and busy. Nice air conditioned cafe and not busy!! Young worker kindly directed me to the allergies book and unfortunately not a great choice so ended up with beans and chips. Was cooked fresh and was very hot which I liked very much. Is a big sign saying free WiFi but for some reason I couldn't connect to it. I would go there more often of they had a better range of food. Everything seemed to be in pastry or batter. Great service and very clean area.
