I have bought from rugby and nuneaton branches and no qualms...to my disappointment the coventry branch were very friendly with purchasing but delivery service was pathetic. The operator could not even tell me who is delivering and by the end of a long day still nothing...refering me to the manager the following day. We as the public support this charity the least we can get is a volunteer/sales assistant that wants to be in this foundation and not refer you to the manager. Disgrunteled customer.

Good range of furniture, however it is quite expensive for a charity. £20 delivery charge irrespective of how much you spend is quite a lot. Delivery is however quick

Big selection of stuff and we got a really nice TV table from here for about £20.  Delivery options also available for bigger stuff if you need it.

I had some furniture a few months ago and it was fantastic that it can be reused rather than just dispose of it.staff were very friendly when they came out to pick them up.
