Awful customer service. Guy who served me was very rude. Thankfully the 202 service has much friendlier staff, else I would switch to another provider. If you go in to this store get ready to complain.

I was not happy with the service I got today I thought the staff who served me was very rude and wasn't very helpfull at all avoid this shop like the plaque

I wanted to buy a £350 phone from the store the manager refuse to sell me, his case was I had none o2 sim and he was really rude and arrogant as I asked to buy o2 sim with it but the answer was No. although I managed to buy it later from o2 website with no trouble.

Unfriendly staff who couldn't remember how to spell a 4 letter word and asked for its spelling 5 times in about 10 minutes. Also did not seem to know what they were doing when looking up the bills. Much friendlier and more helpful at the Three store nearby (and a better and cheaper network overall!!)
