The worst I've ever seen Bought a pair of Nike black tns and asked for them not to be a display shoes I've opened the box gone to try them on and noticed the split down the side I've gone to take them back and they said the can't replace them because I've Tried them so now I'm stuck with the same shoes can someone help we're do I stand

Boxing Day sale and staff are standing around dancing while there is a queue out the door and 2 people on the till. It’s a poor setup and frustrating for customers. Staff standing together should be spread out across the store and have 4 people on till rather then 2

So me and some friends went in to get a birthday present for another friend. We picked what we wanted and went to the checkout. We waited there for ten minutes and no one came to serve us. We looked around the shop and saw three employees standing with each other chatting, they kept turning to us a looking at us but wouldn't come serve us. It wasn't untill we went over and asked them to come do their job that they decided to stroll over to serve us. Even when they got to the checkout they were still low and trying to have a chat still with each other. Not sure if the notice that when you work I'm a shop you have to serve people. Anyway probably won't be going there again. 😐😐
