Have used Thomas James many times to buy property from, they have always given me excellent service and take care of the sales process in a very thorough way. I like their professional, friendly and effective manner and its nice to deal with an Estate agent that is small enough to care.

Couldn't ask for better service! All staff were very friendly and helpful! Both me and my friends have sorted out student accommodation through them and it couldn't of been made simpler.

If you make the decision to use this letting agents (I strongly advise you do not!) make sure you get a copy of the certificate for the protection of your deposit! They charged us for this but never actually used the government deposit scheme, which is illegal!

Worst ever Estate Agent I have seen, charged us MOVE OUT FEE, Move out Fees? What the hell is this... I wouldn't recommend anyone use this,
