Hi I would just like to say how helpfull and encouraging Olivia Clarke has been since showing me a number of houses.
Whitegates should be really proud of her.
She has helped me with all kinds of problems that have occurred whilst I have been buying the house I will now be moving into soon.

I've recently used Whitegates to sell my property and the service I've received from them has been fantastic - from the initial valuation right through to chasing all solicitors involved to get us to the point of exchange / completion. They were proactive, communicated very well throughout and they got my house sold within about 2 weeks of it being on the market. I'm really happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Utterly incompetent. Do not rent through this agency. Whenever something went wrong with the property, it took weeks to get fixed, we were left without hot water and heating in February for over 2 weeks, and I had to report them to Environmental Health before they fixed it. We also were left for 3 weeks without a washing machine. 
Despite me leaving the house in a better condition than I found it, they have withheld my deposit. They charge high admin fees, that do not reflect their input. 
Whitegates should come with a warning.
