We put our house for sale with David James and had great experiences. 
We were given good advice from the valuation team before the property went on the market. 
The office team were really supportive, always contacted me back if I had left a message, kept me well informed and up to date. 
From a buyers point of view, I find David James is actually the best in getting in touch if you are trying to make a viewing, especially if raising the initial request through property websites.

Really fantastic service from staff at David James in Carlton. Marketing material looked lovely and the viewings were managed by them which helped enormously. Once an offer was accepted Natasha worked hard to keep things moving and kept me updated regularly. Thanks very much!

My wife and I have nothing but praise for the way the sale of our property has been handled. From valuation through to showing potential buyers around has all been professional and excellent. We are both particularly impressed with all the staff in the Carlton office in particular Natasha White who has kept us informed all the way from buyer appointments through to leasing with solicitors , surveyors and potential buyers. Natasha is an asset to the business and has that rare quality of being naturally friendly whilst keeping everything professional ,and will be our first point of call for further sales and purchases through David James.
