Story

Over 25 years experience in estate agency and our attention to detail and high levels of customer service to vendors, landlords and tenants has now made Janet Jones Property Services an established name both on Sherwood’s High Street and beyond.

Our unique tailor-made, flexible approach to fees, allow our clients to choose from a range of fee options and services which we hope suits individual requirements. We appreciate that not all clients are the same and therefore do not treat them as such.

I have rented two properties over the past 10 years with Janet Jones and about to rent my third. The team there is very professional and quick to deal with any issues that may arise from time to time. If you are looking to rent, Janet Jones is the best estate agent in Nottingham.

As a tenant, Janet Jones has been the best letting agent I have used in all my nearly 20 years of renting. Thorough, professional and friendly, they were always quick to take action on any issues and the periodic check-ins they ran gave me and I assume the landlords! the confidence the property was in good hands.

I am very happy with the professional and kind service that I receive from Janet and her team in renting out my house in Nottingham. They provide great support for landlord and tenant alike. As a landlord Janet Jones offer me an excellent service, promptly and politely dealing with a variety of issues from annual inspections to urgent repairs and quarterly inspections. They always go beyond with their customer service. They also have a good relationship with their tenants so they triangle a healthy relationship between the landlord and tenant. They have made being a landlord as smooth as can be.
Myself and partner have been tenants with Janet Jones for 3 years and they have been fantastic. The small issues we have had broken washing machine, toilet leak were reported, and fixed within a few days. The inspections were carried out regularly and any issues reported to be fixed. I would highly recommend to anyone, tenant or land lord, to use Janet Jones as an agency.
