As a first time purchaser looking for a Buy to Let property in Nottingham we were very fortunate to be introduced to MS Estates. Michael Sahota guided us through the purchase process and made everything as simple as possible. We viewed the property in mid-January and the sale went through without any problems with the purchase was completed by mid-March. From the first time you meet the team you can see that they do everything to a very high professional standard and that you are in good hands. We are very happy to recommend their services.

As a student, this was my first time being lead tenant. I had a lot of questions but MS Estates helped me every step of the way with any questions I had and never hesitated to give me answers despite of how common sense my questions may have sounded. Lucy Barlow specifically was the agent who organised everything for our house and she never ceases to be extremely rapid and helpful with my queries. 
Also, they use an amazing online platform for signing contracts which avoids all the trouble of having to go into the office to sign every time. 
I would definitely use MS Estates to search for future houses and recommend it to others

Excellent company! So eastbound to work with and Lucy, Satty and Michael were absolutely great! They helped us find a house in two days when we were essentially homeless and had everything sorted for us ASAP. Second time renting with them and having lived in four different houses in three years, they were honestly the easiest to work with.
