I've been a tenant with Belvoir in Nottingham for 2.5 years and they have always been very kind and responding to all issues very fast. We would recommend this agency to anyone. Thank you specially to Jimmy for being so helpful!

We rent trough Belvoir a flat in Nottingham and they gave us an excellent service. We always had a really quick answer from them by email or phone. Also, all the time they were worried that we had everything that was asked for and even Jimmy recommend us the best way to deal with our payment, given that we are foreigners. Because of this, a lot of information was new to us and they sent and told us everything that we needed to know. Really thankful for having done business with them. We already recommended Belvoir to friend of us that are looking for a place to live.

We have been clients of Belvoir for 15 years and have always enjoyed great service. However, we wanted to especially thank Keira and Lloyd for the outstanding service they have provided this year. Now living abroad, it was disconcerting to learn of issues with our building. They kept us informed, attended management company meetings on our behalf and went to every length to ensure we were kept abreast of the situation. Thank you Belvoir Nottingham for all that you do.

I deal with Belvoir on a Daily Basis as we provide them with the Referencing and insurance products for their tenants. Special Mention to Jimmy Knowles who is always efficient and proactive with the Insurance products we offer.

Hi Lloyd Just a quick note to say that your staff in Nottingham Central continue to impress with their service. You may be aware that I have been "between tenants" again since late July. The help and support to me provided - in particular - by Jimmy and Matt has been top class. A new tenant moved in this afternoon. Thanks again for an excellent service
