I don't even know where to begin. First of all living in Hyson House was a nightmare from start to finish, with something breaking every week from the leaking showers, to broken doors, cracks on the wall...the list goes on and when maintenance eventually did come to fix it,they didn't even fix it properly because it would just break again the next day and they actually paint over the cracks in the wall as if painting would fix the problem?  The internet didn't work properly with it disconnecting every 5 seconds and it was literally one problem after the other. And now at the end of my tenancy, after me and my flatmate thoroughly cleaned the flat, uni2/the landlord now have the audacity to charge an excessive and unreasonable amount over £900 for the flat for cleaning?! This in it self makes no sense as we made sure the flat was spotless before we vacated the premises. So what is happening now is ridiculous and this is the first accommodation that I have had so many problems with  and I will most definitely never be renting with uni2rent ever again, definitely do not recommend it at all.
