Here's some of the issues I had with this agency: - You will receive tons of automatic SMS messages even after you found a place - They first agreed to make some changes to the tenancy agreement and then didn't include them in the final draft - They won't tell you in advance what you need and I had to go to the agency twice because I didn't have the right documents with me - When I entered the house it was incredibly dirty, they didn't think about sending somebody to clean it - They didn't give me information related to the place that the landlord asked them to tell me - The fee were quite high compared to other agencies I have to mention that their role in this was purely to find a tenant and after that I talked directly to the landlord. In the end there are not many alternatives but make sure to have everything in writing and ask them to send you the documentation before going to the agency for signing it. You would think that they will send this before hand without asking so that you can check it, but they won't.

My daughter rents a property through this branch. The service has been appalling. She has had problems with the boiler since April. On numerous occasions she has had no hot water. She has no hot water now. They are hopeless at responding to e mails and she has been treated very badly. To call themselves agents is beyond a joke. A troupe of monkeys would be more capable.

They got me my dream place, and they worked really hard to help my chase references for my cohabitant that was dealing with a very difficult work place, all very pleasant and charming staff who are very humane and understanding. The repairs and issues service they have with a special website seems very good I used it for one minor issue and it seems to have been chased up straight away. Also they are very quick to respond and very professional.

I wish i read the reviews before paying the agency fee of 500 pounds for a couple. Everything about this agency is just wrong. They are owned by the same company as Frank INNES. They are so ruthlessly selfish and greedy with the way they deal with their tenants. The way it works is that everything works to favour them and the landlord but NEVER the tenant. I paid 500 pounds immediately after viewing the property, they finally told me after 4 days of waiting that the landlord decided to go with me. Meanwhile they had my money and i could not pull out, if not i lose my 500 pounds. After waiting about 6 weeks and i kept pressurizing them for a date to move in ( even though they gave a date on the property advert!) They then turned round to tell me the property was no longer available as the landlord will not be moving again. So firstly, I waited 4 days after paying 500 pounds to find out who the landlord decided to go with! Why can't your company find out first who the landlord wants to go for THEN.... take your fees? I feel like i was held to ransom, because i could not pull out (if not lose 500 pounds) and yet they pulled out after 6 weeks of my waiting for a move in date, wasted my time and held on to my money for over 6 weeks. So....If i pull out I lose my hard earned money, if they pull out then NOTHING happens!! Your company is a disaster waiting to happen. Also a staff called Nisha was also rude and hung up on me. I emailed in to complain and no one even bothered to reply or apologise. This agency is all about money and nothing more.
