I was seen by a male doctor there,I found him knowledgeable,helpful and friendly. On the other hand the receptionists were hostile and didn't have an idea what they were talking about. They don't even have a basic understanding medically and just utter rude!

The receptionist has no idea what she's talking about, they don't care about their patients, get appointment times wrong , misinform about appointments and when they are.

GP are best around without any doubt. Senior office staff are fantastic, sadly some receptionist have no common sense. Overal I'm extremely thankful for having such amazing GPS. Update : 21st August 2015. Receptionist on duty today at 11.30 am has no common sence, my blood forms lost, print out wrong ones instead of checking. I am on a serious drug for trial and lack of understanding from staff and talking over a patient instead of listening both 3rd floor secretary and receptionist is uneceptable and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, even though the doctors are good doing a great job, nurses and receptionists are most of the times very rude and do not understand that some people (patients) have some learning difficulties and need a different approach.
