Dr M F Jurangpathy - the High Road Surgery

don't bother going here. worst service every. grumpy and extremely rude reception staff. doctors are not bothered and do not listen to you. they never answer the phones. this surgery is getting worse by the day!avoid at any cost!

Really bad service, neither the reception staff or the actual doctor were empathetic or caring. Booked an appointment for 6:00 and they kept me waiting for 45min. and the doctor would not spend with me more than 5 minutes, simply to ask me question to type the answer in her computer and make me sign a form. I feel that I wasted my time there

Tried to get a phone appointment for my mother who needs prescription medicine but was told they were busy and it wasn't important. She was rushed to the A&E and the medicine is important but I guess her being in pain is not important enough. I guess this is why A&Es are always full.

Just called at 10.30am to book an appointment to be told must call at 8am so they wont take booking. What a stupid system !
