My appointments have been messed up twice in a short period of time. Dr. Mangalesh has refused to refer me to a specialist, before I see the nurse for some test. I've been waiting to see the nurse for almost 2 weeks now! Meanwhile I had to see a private doctor and pay £150 as my condition got worse. Really poor service. It is a shame, because Dr. Mukhtar is a good GP.
