Westbury Medical Centre

I have nothing but praise for the team at Westbury Medical Centre. We have been registered with them since we moved here 14 years ago and they have continuously provided a good service.

Absolutely rubbish! I’m going to change this GP! They prescribed me with an eye drop instead of ear drop. They are so poor that they can’t afford to get an ear drop! Disgusting GP.

What a disgusting GP surgery! The THING on reception called Margaret is rude and should not be working somewhere that requires understanding and patience. How do these people get jobs in a surgery is beyond me. I used to see posters on the wall about being nice to staff and wondered why would anyone be unkind to NHS staff - now I know. If I could give a minus as a score I absolutely would. If you need an emergency appointment don't bother coming here. I understand that GPs are stretched then perhaps suggest an alternative to what I can do? Nope as that would require a brain cell. Let's talk about Margaret that vile, disgusting useless receptionist that has no idea what she is talking about and huffs all day long. I absolutely feel sorry for the people who have to work alongside her. Doctor wise, I was told I was wasting his time. Low and behold after a blood test they found the illness. Cannot believe my tax payer money goes to this ridiculous surgery that have no idea what being kind and polite is.

I have rang in this morning and after asked a series of questions I was told to call back at 2:25pm in the afternoon. I rang back in the afternoon and was asked the same series of questions and then told that I must have had a misunderstanding earlier. I now have to plan to be the first person to walk in the door tomorrow morning and hope to be seen. This is the second time that I have rang in this year after joining this GP surgery the exact same thing happened.

Registered two weeks ago, got an appointment with a nurse, nurse was absolutely lovely as was the receptionist. Called today for some advice, again receptionist (same one) was so friendly and absolutely happy to help me out. Nice when a lot of GP experiences can be so bad
