Cheshire Road surgery

This is a fantastic well run and highly reccomendable tight nit surgery. The Gp's cant do enough to help as well as the Fabulous and cheerful receptionist Lesley. I wont leave this surgery for the world and if there was an option for 100 star it still would be enough.

Sometimes incredibly aggressive to the patients - we are scared to ask the receptionists anything!! You have to wait for weeks for an appointment and weeks for even a telephone consultation! I understand they are busy.....but if that is the case, they need to increase the number of doctors at teh surgery...and not ignore patients.....

Really bad experience with receptionist, don’t think they want to help their patients seems like they’ve just working their to earn money. I don’t know how as a patient I can prove that it is an emergency and I need to see a doctor not wait for 4 weeks before I can see any doctor, the one I was dealing with he said oh! Depends how serious it is ?after me kept on asking about appointment for various different dates he said wait for someone else to talk to me I waited almost 5 minutes in silence and guess what another female receptionist came on the and without saying anything else to me I was told we have no appointment to give you, just call next week to see if their is any cancellation😐 I’ve noticed within the last 9 months to year this surgery services has gone so bad that I can’t believe.

One of the best GP services in London. I have been to so many and this is number 1. Great doctors, very kind and attentative. The Practice manager is brilliant and focused on good, very human service. Reception do brilliantly at a tough and complex job. Prescription happen almost instantly. Great team!

I have found the service very positive, in the year I've been attending. I sometimes have to wait up to ten minutes to be seen, but compared to my previous practice that is nothing. GP & Reception are very helpful, personable and transparent with ETA's and OS. Overall I'm very impressed
