Lovely surgery. However it is sometimes a struggle to get through the telephone.
Have always felt well looked after and received fantastic advice.

I've been in London for 4 years in many GP, this was the worst. Really difficult to get an appointment when I was sick. Reception staff so rude and incompetent...  Still waiting for the gp card...

Receptionist was so rude that I decided to register elsewhere

As our surgery was closing decided to change doctors. Narrowed down between this and Gillan House. Reception staff were so rude here didn't bother to pursue further.
