You can never get through to them on the phone and they can be quite rude. Some doctors are nice and some are quite mean. Why are you even in this profession if you cannot even show compassion for your patients when poorly? I need to find a new doctor's surgery.

Appalling service from the doctor I went to see. As soon as I was talking about my issue she started getting asking too many personal questions about my family which is not the issue I came for, it was if she was trying to get gossip about my family?!? She clearly wasn’t professional at all and I will not be come back to this surgeon. If this is the way she acts towards all her parents I feel sorry them never mind my self. You expect to come to your gp to see what you help you can get about your issue not expect to put in the hot seat

Doctors are terrible, unqualified. Reception knows pretty much nothing. I would void it at all cost. Rather go further but get a person who knows at least something about medicine.

Despite being by far the nearest and most convenient surgery for me, I had to register with an alternative. The staff can be very abrupt and lacking in basic courtesy. The main GP here mumbles incomprehensibly most of the time and is clueless when it comes to mental health (in my opinion). Mere days after the loss of my father in tragic circumstances, I saw him whilst I was feeling very shaky and his response was to shrug his shoulders and say, "That's life." In general, I've found him very unhelpful. There seems to be a frequent turnover in the female GP position here, and so there was never much continuity or the chance to build up an understanding.
