Gillan House Surgery

Great doctors if you can get through - however poor Reception service. Engaged throughout the day. Takes 45 minutes of non stop calling to get through. Receptionists spend ages on the phone asking invasive questions. Emergency appointments difficult. Promises of call backs mean waiting by the phone all day to get one if lucky.

I have tried several GPs around Enfield and Gillian Surgery is the most professional surgery. Dr Karthi is one of the very few doctors who genuinely listens and cares. Thank you!

Good doctors very bad receptionist you never can get an appointment have to wait weeks going elsewhere

As our surgery was moving decided to change doctors practice. Staff here have, so far, been excellent, friendly and efficient.

I ve been visiting this GP for the past three years now and its the best service i had in UK so far. Dr Sinnappoo Karthikesalingam is extremely helpful with a permanent smile and a good advise.The past three months now i ve seen Dr Ajeev Paramanathan and he was really helpful as well. Keep up the good work gents.Thanks for your help and your dedication.
