I was nervous about my appointment and feeling low. However, as soon as I walked through the main entrance, I calmed down. The area was bright and very clean. The receptionist was helpful. All the staff were nice to each other; they seemed to enjoy their workplace. Coffee was available and there were up-to-date magazines to read. The reception area was spacious, so I didn't feel hemmed in by other patients. My consultation was first class. I was really listened to. Overall, it was a good experience and I needn't have worried. I would definitely recommend the Wilmslow Hospital.
Wonderful experience! I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, by all of the staff. I was worried what my diagnosis might be however the consultant made me feel very welcome and i felt really relaxed and at ease. He gave me ample time to explain my history and symptoms and he explained to me what he thought the health issue was. He also examined my mouth thoroughly. I felt very happy leaving and even though i am still in pain and waiting for CT scan at least he was able to confirm it isn’t cancer.
Just visited wilmslow HCA wth my husband very friendly staff excellent attention to detai would completely recommend this health organisation.nnP.s could you please tell me what the hand wash / cream that is in the toilet in reception is called as it’s divine.nMany thanks .
Amazing caring hospital with amazing very caring staff from hospitality to consultants. Mr Walton and his team including Dr Toni Hundle , Grace and Jade, were very caring and explained everything answering all my questions with a full explanation. On the ward my nurses Rebekah and Fiona were so thoughtful and caring constantly checking on me.
Superb patient care from the meet & greet at reception to MRI Reception and nursing staff through to my foot & ankle consultant who listened carefully to my symptoms and explained next steps in detail. Highly recommend this hospital. Thanks to all involved.
