I had troubles breathing through my nose due to a deviated septum and was unhappy with the appearance of my nose. I went to Mr Reddy at Spire Cheshire and had the best experience. He was so professional throughout and I received great care from him from before the operation to post op appointments. The operation went very smoothly and my recovery was fast. My breathing is much better and I am very happy with my nose now!! I would 100% recommend Mr Reddy to anyone.
I could not be more happy with my experience with Mr Reddy and the team, from initial contact through to now. I am currently 10 days post op after a Rhinoplasty and happier than ever. Mr Reddy has completely changed my life. There was no pain, recovery has been really speedy and I can’t wait for the next few months to see my new nose at its best. The whole experience I have felt completely stress free knowing there are the best of the best there to answer any questions or queries. Thank you so much to Mr Reddy, and all of the team at Manchester Private Hospital. You’ve all been the best!!
This seems to be the only way to get a response from the hospital through reviews - The Manchester Private Hospital - Salford, Manchester I had rhinoplasty with Mr Reddy on 8th May 2021, when I had the removal of the cast, upon the first inspection everything seemed fine apart from a dint in my nose, I was reassured this was due to the swelling and to go back again at a later date for Mr Reddy to re-exam my nose once the swelling had gone down a little more. I returned back to the hospital for another assessment of my nose as requested as the dints had now turned into lumps and bumps on my nose. Mr Reddy agreed that I would need secondary surgery but for this to happen I would need to await the swelling to go down completely and to go back to the hospital to meet with Mr Reddy in May 2022 1 year after surgery, I booked to see Mr Reddy around this time to discuss the secondary surgery but had the appointment cancelled on 2 occasions by the hospital, to then be told that Mr Reddy has in fact retired and will no longer be with the hospital and that another surgeon Mr Rokade would speak to me about the secondary surgery, I was reassured that Mr Reddy had fully handed his patients over to Mr Rokade and that I would be taken care of. However, again 2 appointments with Mr Rokade was cancelled due to covid and sickness, I'm now unable to get any response at all from the hospital and Joyce Beeston who seems to be the customer relations administrator, I have emailed on numerous occasions to rearrange the appointment and called with absolutely no response, I can't see any details about Mr Rokade on the website so I'm not sure if he works at the hospital anymore. I have been completely abandoned with this now to not even have a response on my complaint is extremely bad customer service / customer after care, I will be looking into the Care Quality Commission body who seems to approve this hospital to see if they can advise how I can take this further, I'm disgusted with the way the hospital has treated me, I have wanted to have rhinoplasty for all of my adult life and paid a lot of money for this to be really unhappy with the finished results and now out of pocket and unable to do anything else about it. I did a lot of research into different surgeons and I seemed to really click with and like Mr Reddy. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone I cared about, the customer service and after care is atrocious, I've been totally abandoned. All they seemed to care about from the beginning is taking money. Please ignore the date of the experience, it was in fact May 2021 but it won't allow me to select that date.Hannah Marsh
Had my septo-rhinoplasty with Dr Reddy on the 19th March, came in today for my cast removal. Absolutely in love with my nose, had an amazing experience with Dr Reddy and the rest of the hospital staff, Dr Reddy made all my ideas for my nose into a reality! Not only is my breathing much more clear but also the look of my nose is amazing, boosted my confidence so much. Dr Reddy is a very good surgeon, he makes you feel comfortable and does everything to make sure it is suited to the individual. Cannot thank Dr Reddy enough for his work, absolutely in love!
I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Reddy, he was very open and honest from the get go. He answered any questions I had in full detail. The healing period was not painful. The result of my nose was amazing from when the cast was removed one week post op, although swelling was still present. I am now 6 weeks post op and loving my new nose and it gets even more beautiful each day. Thank you so much Dr. Reddy you have really changed my nose and in turn my life. I have seen him today 6 weeks post op, he was so friendly and I left with a smile on my face!
I cannot recommend Mr Reddy highly enough I had been worrying about my throat for a few weeks before I decided to make an appointment with Mr Reddy at his one stop throat care clinic. He is a friendly approachable person with a sense of humour . I was worried and nervous beforehand but he put me at ease immediately. The procedure was thorough, not painful and did not take long. Most importantly Mr Reddy was able to reassure me. This saved me more weeks of worry and because of this was well worth the cost. I would recommend that if you have any ENT concerns go and see Mr Reddy.
I had my rhinoplasty on the 20th of November with Dr Reddy and after taking my cast off today I couldn't wait to write a review! From the very first zoom consultation Dr Reddy was so accommodating and understanding about the issues I had with my nose whilst still being realistic throughout which I really really appreciated. The team were so helpful before surgery; answering any questions I had, changing dates for me, sending me everything I needed before the operation. On the day of surgery I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed thanks to Dr Reddy, all of the wonderful nurses and the anaesthetist team. Everyone checked up on me before my surgery to make sure I was happy, comfortable and not too nervous! The post-op care was wonderful and the nurses assured me that I could contact them any time of the day/night about any questions or concerns that I might have. It is unbelievable how easy the recovery process was for me - Dr Reddy and the nurses provided me a bag full of everything I needed to go home with - nasal spray, cream, antibiotics, painkillers, throat spray etc. etc. Taking the cast off today I was in complete shock at what a transformation it was - the results are better than I ever imagined!! Every issue I had with my nose before is now non-existent and I have been given my dream nose from every angle. Even my family members who didn't believe I needed a rhinoplasty have said how perfect it looks. Choosing Dr Reddy for my rhinoplasty is the best decision I have ever made, my experience has been far better than I could have ever hoped for - I would recommend Dr Reddy and his team to absolutely anyone considering a rhinoplasty!
I had a closed Rhinoplasty done by Dr Reddy last week and he was so welcoming and and honest with me. On the day of the surgery he made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed as I was super nervous! I had no pain what so ever and went to get my cast off yesterday where I shed tears of joy as I was so happy with the results and can’t thank Dr Reddy enough for my new nose as he has literally changed my life! I can’t wait for the swelling and bruising to go and for it to fully heal to see the final result! But all in all I am so happy!! If your looking to get Rhinoplasty or considering getting it I wouldn’t even look anywhere else, Dr Reddy is the best can’t recommend him enough!!
I don’t have one bad word to say about Dr Reddy. I had a Rhinoplasty in July at Manchester Private Hospital with Dr Reddy. Prior to this, I spoke to him and the team and throughout he understood everything I asked for and only did what was right for me. When visiting him for my pre operation consultation, he asked exactly what I want- but what stands him out from every other surgeon is he will only do what is right for you. He knew exactly what suited my face and communicated everything perfectly. I now 3 months on love my face more than ever. He’s changed my life. Thank you so much
I had rhinoplasty in May with Dr Reddy, I was really nervous about the whole experience and Dr Reddy and the team at Manchester Private Hospital put my nerves at ease and made sure I was as comfortable as possible in the day of my operation. My overall experience was amazing !! I am no longer insecure about my nose as Mr Reddy listened to exactly what I wanted in the end result. Any questions I asked he answered in detail and made sure I understood what was going to happen to the experience wasn’t confusing for me. The recovery time wasn’t painful at all and I felt I was really looked after by Dr Reddy abs the team. Thankyou so much Dr Reddy and the team at Manchester Private hospital !!
