An absolute shambles, i saw a specialist here who left the company before my follow up appointment. No one told me or called to book my follow up with a different specialist. I found out by calling them, i was told the DR would have taken all my notes with him so i will have to start again. The operator on the phone told me he would call be back with the name of a different back specialist for me to see. I feel like i will be waiting forever for this call so i gave up and have already been an appointment with a different specialist away from BMI. If you pay for private healthcare, you do NOT want to go with BMI, they are useless, you would be better using the NHS or looking elsewhere!

No empathy at All. Shocking how treated and dismissed back to doctors to refer to another department. They don't want to do anything if it involves spending money to get patients well again. Would not waste your money on this back street operation

Disappointing, very poor patient care. On many occasions over the telephone found staff to be very unhelpful!.
