I had a full hip replacement here 3 weeks ago I'm 27 so was quite nervous having never spoke to anyone who has had one but automatically felt fine soon as I entered here they look after you so well there amazing I had mine done at half 9 in the morning so was in bed all that day and night and all the next day the physio came at 4 that day ( which is the only thing I was a bit annoyed about thought it should of been a bit earlier) and I couldn't stand up without feeling dizzy from the morphine so they put me straight back in bed so I was in it again all night till about 5 so that's a long time I was in so much pain I think just from being lay down for so long I had a really bad night that night and there was one nurse in particular who was amazing she got me out of bed at 5 in the morning and you could tell that it wasn't procedure but she still did it anyway got me up and about into a chair and helped me sit up sat with me and calmed me down and held a flannel on my head I want to thank her she literally helped me so much and I slept all night till 9 with no problem just from getting up into the chair helped me so much so thank you the next day I smashed physio and they let me go home that same day so didn't manage to say thank you to her really really good place.

Not the best photo. The hospital was easy to find with a sat nav. The reception staff were very friendly. Hospital carpeted and very clean. Vending machines are great and the Dr we saw was great.

I had a botched rhinoplasty by Mr Tim Blackburn at Spire Cheshire a few years ago. My nostril has now started to cave in and I now need a very expensive revision. I have been through the complaints procedure which some how caused me a substantial amount of further stress, which I didn't think possible. The staff dealing with the complaint have refused to even acknowledge the botched surgery and said to contact the surgeon if I have a complaint about the surgery. However the only contact details for the surgeon are Spire Cheshires number. They have made it impossible for me to resolve this. Do your research before considering this hospital, if your surgery goes wrong they will say they are not liable because the surgeon technically isn't employed by them, I regret choosing this hospital so much. If you look online you'll find many cases of Spire denying any responsibility. They've caused me nothing but stress.

Would not recommend spire or Douglas Mc George. wasn't happy with face lift mr mc George promised results after the 1st lateral brow lift. When there was not much improvement he told me I had to much elasticity and sometimes surgery doesn't work.  He suggested a telescopic brow lift which he said would absolutely work for my heavy hooded eyes.  Again it did not work I was/am still very disappointed after spending £10.500 on surgery.  Was totally given the wrong information my main problem were my jowl area and after when I complained because nothing had changed what so ever in that areaway told surgery wouldn't help that area I would have to use expensive fillers.  So here I am still paying a loan off till Xmas 2017 and am devastated that I've wasted so much money. Went and met with mr mc George and spire personal  after they told me they would try and resolve my problem.  But basically I spent 3 hours traveling to be told sometimes surgery doesn't work!  They were not interested in the slightest..... but if I had of been a celebrity I bet they'd of sorted it. So be aware before you book into this hospital they dont give a damn about the patients that are paying in my experience.
