I cannot thank everyone at Spire Regency Hospital enough for the exceptional care I received during my recent day surgery.nnFrom the moment I arrived, every member of staff was kind, caring, professional, and genuinely compassionate. The hospital itself was immaculate, and everything about my journey felt incredibly well organised, efficient, and seamless, which made what could have been a daunting experience so much easier.nnA special thank you to the wonderful pre-operative team - nurse Beth, whose reassurance and kindness immediately put me at ease, and to the receptionist Bev, who gave me such a warm and friendly welcome. Thank you also to Senior Nurse Gill and all the ward team for their support and professionalism throughout my stay.nnI am especially grateful to the theatre and recovery team, particularly Dr Marchetti, Sarah Woodrow and Clare Carr, who provided outstanding care and made me feel safe and well looked after.nnA huge thank you to the physiotherapist, Christie, who took the time to ensure I was safe, confident and ready before I went home.nnAt my post-operative wound check, I was seen by my consultant, Mr Kershaw, and cared for in the outpatient department by Gillian, who was incredibly gentle, kind and caring. She made the appointment a very positive experience.nnEvery single person I encountered went above and beyond. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism and dedication. You should all be incredibly proud of the care you provide. I would highly recommend Spire Regency Hospital to anyone needing treatment.
I had a really excellent experience at Spire Regency Hospital when I had a chalazion drained. The care, professionalism and kindness I received throughout really stood out and made the whole experience so much easier.nnRyan and Denise were absolutely fantastic and did so much to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Mr Sachdev was also brilliant — professional, reassuring and fantastic throughout. I felt completely confident that I was in safe hands.nnI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spire Regency Hospital to anyone considering surgery. The level of care from the whole team was exceptional, and I’m extremely grateful for how well I was looked after.
I was recently admitted to this Macclesfield hospital for knee replacement surgery, and from the very beginning I was extremely impressed with the care and service I received.nnThe staff were polite, friendly, and efficient throughout my treatment. Every appointment ran smoothly and on time, and my stay for surgery was managed exceptionally well. All of the nursing and surgical staff were highly professional, taking the time to explain each stage of my treatment clearly, which helped to put me at ease.nnBefore my surgery, I had done some research about the hospital, and I can honestly say that my experience exceeded my expectations. Every member of staff I encountered was caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated.nnI would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all the nursing and surgical teams, and especially to Mr Barnes, my surgeon, and to Steph and Sarah, who looked after me following my operation. Although it was naturally a worrying time, they cared for me with genuine compassion, kindness, and empathy, making what could have been a daunting experience a very positive one.nnThank you all for the outstanding care you provided. I’m just home from surgery at Spire Regency, Macclesfield. I had a breast augmentation performed by Mr J Kokan.nFrom consultation to surgery and discharge everything was perfect.nMr Kokan is kind, gentle, professional and clearly a master of his craft. He was very reassuring on the day and I had no doubts whatsoever.nThe staff are an absolute credit to Spire! Thank you to Sharon for arranging a specific date for my surgery, the welcoming ward clerks, and the nurses for looking after me so well Karen, Helen, Steph & special thanks to Nikki for helping me get through a particularly uncomfortable evening. The food was delicious shout out to the amazing kitchen team and the ward hostesses were extremely attentive.nThe theatre team were incredibly kind and reassuring prior to my anaesthetic and during recovery!nnMy room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities.nI would have no hesitation in recommending/returning to Spire Regency.nThank you!
Came in for a total knee replacement. Outstanding care and treatment from a team of highly professional, delightful people. From the lovely lady who made me cups of coffee to the extraordinary skills of the surgeon. Can't speak highly enough of the professional approach all dispensed with a smile and sense of humour. Means a lot when you're scared and nervous.
