I had a full knee replacement on 25/024. Apart from the expected post operation pain my experience of the operation was brilliant. All the staff were professional, attentive, polite, friendly and hardworking. The staff including admission, physio, consultant catering, house keeping, day and night nurses were all fantastic. Thank you for making my visit the best it could be.
All the staff from Reception, ward catering staff nurses and consultants were amazing. Deb looked after me and we got on like a house on fire. Everyone made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Credit to you all you rearmament my day. Thank you
Had TKR & was inpatient for two days. Funded via NHS yet treated like a private patient. From Pre-op through to Post-op the care has been exemplary. It is clearly evident that the care pathway is protocol driven which means in reality everyone clinical and support staff work with confidence & appear to know what part they play in your treatment. I certainly recommend this facility for planned surgery. Absolutely top quality!!
Hospital provides high level of personal attention and care, I’m confident I received the highest level of care possible. If ever hospitals can be enjoyable then this was it. Attention to detail was exemplary. My surgeon Mr Barnes is clearly a leader in his field, support professionals were amazing. Special mention to Shelley in recovery, her smile before I went into theatre was captivating, her care while I was receiving my spinal injection was comforting and upon waking up …… there was that engaging smile again. Thank you to the Team at Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield.
Had a small procedure done on 01/03/24. Check in was fast and taken to my room quickly. Procedure was done about an hour later then swiftly moved to the recovery room,then back to my room. After a light snack I was allowed home which again was done quickly with no waiting around for medication. All the staff were very friendly and would not hesitate to come back here for any other medical issues.
