The Wild Pheasant Hotel & Spa

Great staff. Lovely rooms - decorated beautifully! Spa was fab. Breakfast was also gorgeous. Would defo recommend and will return! Perfect destination as it's half a mile walk to town! Very impressed.

Heating wasn't working, showers cold, TV with no signal. Not worth the price whatsoever. Offered £20 as refund - insult.

My wife booked for us to stay here for 2 of the 3 nights we are here. We stayed in the Dinas Bran suite which was beautiful, heated floors in the large bathroom, a jacuzzi and large shower. The room was a great size and had a nice balcony looking out to the mountains. We had evening meals in the hotel restaurant which were lovely and the staff were very friendly. The Spa had a lovely jacuzzi pool along with sauna and steam room which were clean. Would definitely return.

Lovely rooms, really clean. Hydrotherapy pool very relaxing only bad point no disabled changing facilities in changing room which for a refurbished hotel is very bad.

Room lovely. Hotel let down by bad management. Water in room cold.Couldn't even get any warm water. Produce good but breakfast was a let down on both mornings by being served cold.
