Avoid if you must have your mod cons. Come for the tranquility and a base for walking or touring around this part of Wales.

A lovely scenic place to stay, Jenny and margaret make you feel very welcome. The log burner makes it a warm and cosy evening. We did another section of the offas dyke from chirk to llandegla and used this as our Base. Lots to see and do in the area with the pontcysyllte aqueduct, castle Dinas bran and the valle Crucis Abbey to mention but a few. Highly recommended.
