Jean, the host, is very warm and welcoming and cooks a lovely breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in the nicer and quieter part of Great Yarmouth but a 5 minute walk will get you to the sea front. Great Yarmouth itself is not very appealing but an excellent base for exploring the Norfolk Broads

Great place to stay.We stayed there for new years eve it was very clean ,great size rooms and loved the twenty themed room we stayed in.Excellent size breky in the morning and a smashing couple who run it.Only briefly met the landlord but bumped into jean a few times,such a lovely friendly lady.

This is my 2nd visit this year to this great b&b,the hospitality is superb from jean&eddie the rooms iv'e stayed in are very clean and spacious,also the breakfast are fantastic,i would not go anywhere else on my next visit to great yarmouth other than the white lodge.ABSOLULATELY GREAT THERE

Had booked for one night but stayed a further night. Jean and Eddie are perfect hosts. King room overlooking the sea just perfect. Breakfast superb. Definitely will return and a pleasure to recommend to family and friends.
