Great hotel in a nice place. The rooms were tidy and cosy. Had nice breakfast with the variety pf different food to choose from. Staff was very friendly. Will be definitely coming back.

Clean hotel, with friendly staff, good support for small to medium (100 people) conferences. The decor is aging a bit but everything was functional, and it's a very convenient location as right on the sea front, and a stroll to the pier.

The hotel was great value for the money we paid. The breakfast was lovely each morning with a good selection. My only minor criticism was they seemed understaffed... on arrival we had to wait an extended period of time to get checked in as nobody was on reception. Then later that evening we went to get a drink at the bar, rang the bell several times, waited... but nobody showed so we went elsewhere. That aside, the hotel was well positioned for everything we wanted to do whilst away! Would definitely stay again and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Oh dear! Sums it up. The staff are lovely and friendly to be fair but while the hotel dose have some plus points, the rooms really, really let it down and this hotel would benefit greatly from being closed and having a complete over haul. The capets in the room were old, stained and about three decades past it's best. The breakfast was way over priced and trying hard to be something it clearly couldn't be. We travel alot, this isn't a hotel I'd return to given a choice as it is.
