Nice place . They didn't over price for  the time of the year and they seemed very helpful  and friendly.  Clean rate . For what they are I'd give 4 star . And for what they are compared  to some five star hotels I've been in .. This was better . Deformation go back again if needs be .

100% perfect I can not find one thing bad to say if i was being picky i wouod of liked a bigger fan. price good if not a little to cheap room was nice although it was a last minute deal and I got a small double I am big and girlfriend small 4ft bed plenty room for a travel cot as well breakfast included in price which was a shocker I will be going again.

We stayed one night in the Thrigby room. There was lots of storage space, tea and coffee facilities, own bathroom, everything very clean and tidy.
Martin and Stephanie were very friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast in the morning was terrific! We ate so much, not to mention the good quality of the food.
We had an amazing time in Great Yarmouth, certainly the 27 degrees of sun helped but it really was great to know we were staying at a well organized and run guest house.
Definitely staying at Dene House again next time we visit Yarmouth. Totally recommended.
