Went to Yarmouth to get a car stayed here, staff were brilliant food was lovely and extremely helpful. Liga was exceptional and had a Sence of humour which is kinda rare brilliant, No less than what you would expect from premier inn spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable thank liga and team ya all fantastic. X
Have been here year after year some times twice year since opening, never had a problem up until this year .nBooked the meal deal and stayed 2 nights as normal.nStaff what there was of them didn't seem very happy or welcoming as they normally are ,nLack of pillows , carpet certainly hadn't been hoovered around the skirting nor the shower curtain rail got covered in dust .nBed didn't seem comfortable lost alot of sleep over this ,nThe 2nd night went for our evening meal to wait hour and 10 mins even though there wasn't many other guests in the restaurant when going to look why found the only 2 staff standing around having a jolly with their mates at the bar .nWe wanted another drink but didn't get one as by time we went to ask she had put meals down and gone back to her mates .nAlso had to listen to foul mouthed work men who were loud and wasn't even asked to keep it down a bit .nBreakfast we what can I say , lukewarm congiled eggs , no fried eggs day 1 , shoe leather bacon.nEvening meal nothing with veg only peas , no roast dinners, and no cottage pies good old traditional food , was looking forward to something like that .nIn the past we have always found staff polite, helpful and chatty but this time it was like you was a pain to them .nThis you have to ask for your room to be cleaned isn't nice .nThe fella who checked us in well what can I say , please please get training on how to handle deaf people because I'm afraid I felt degraded.nSorry but this place has gone down hill fast lack of staff , quality and certainty lack of empathy.nAre we going back I doubt it
If location and premium inn consistency isn't enough for you, then the service from staff will blow you away!nnDeni has been absolutely AMAZING, from the minute we checked in she made us feel at home and welcome, before we knew it she went from the check in desk to the restaurant and offered us 5* service all night long!nnI'll be leaving with a big smile on my face and a want to come back. With a premier Inn stay you know what you are in store for, consistency, comfy, clean rooms and accessible amenities but people like Deni make you want to return and she is a testament to the company and I will be hoping that Deni and her team who have also been exceptional! get the praise and pay rise they deserve because they really have made this trip special!nnThank you so much xo
We are currently staying at this hotel, 8th April and just want to say the two girls on the front desk are so lovely and kind! There was a problem with our room initially and it was sorted promptly and we mentioned in passing it was our twins birthday tomorrow. Whilst we were at dinner next door, the girls popped a little treat in our room for them and the kids were so surprised and over the moon! I didn't catch your names but they were working this evening. Thank you so much, we really appreciate you both! Thank you!!
