We stayed at the Sunnydene a few years ago. Martin & Pam are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them. You cant complain about the price either. Have a look in Wellerley road with the guess house that was on 4 in a bed and what they charge. The Bar prices are very reasonable too. Sorry Martin & Pam we've not been back but we had loads of family issues. Hopefully soon we shall pop  back to Yarmouth and look you up. Ian & Marie

Bit tired  but not too bad . Slightly  over priced for the holiday period . Cost me 41 per night . I think 30 to 35 for a double on suit here would have been more on the mark . The staff I met were nice and helpful . You decide but I think being a contractor  that works all over the country I'm bang on .

Sunny Dene was ideal for us as they accomodate small dogs. We found the owners to be very helpful and friendly.
On arrival we were made tea and coffee. The rooms were large and very clean and the breakfasts were filling.
