I loved my stay at the Imperial Hotel. The staff is very friendly, professional and willing to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quite modern (large LCD screens, etc). The restaurant's food and wine menu is really good and quite a step up in quality from most of the other local places, without being expensive (£25-30 for a 2 course meal with wine).

We came here for a work function. Overall, good facilities and staff. The evening dinner was excellent and the staff were again very helpful and polite. A good venue choice for a corporate event. I would be happy to go there again.

Have you ever been past a place several times and thought to yourself I'd like to go in there. This for me was one of those places. It looks quaint with its balcony type dining. It has views of beach and the sea.. And currently little coloured lights making it very festive. I only had coffee which was nice the service was good.. Got no complaints. I did not try the food but I'd like to go back. It's worth a visit.. It felt nostalgic.

1 night for a break away and may I say we hadn't booked but we were well looked after.The hotel is so clean and nice decor. The restaurant is cosy and nice ambiance and the food is fantastic.It was an entertain night with crepes suzette cooked at the table

I stayed at this hotel for a 5 day course with work. The hotel was great, the staff couldnt be anymore welcoming, accomodating or friendly, This was demonstrated from management level down to the cleaners. The duty manager 'Gill' was prompt and professional but showed personality and true customer service. The only way I can describe the food is perfect, the fine dining of the sea side with a variety of options to suit every palet. The rooms were nicely furnished, were a comfortable size and were well clean and maintained. The conference room facilities were spacious and practical which made them easy to adapt to every need. As a whole I could not have asked for more and will definitely be visiting again both for work and leisure. Thank you for allowing me the pleasure of staying with you :)
