Miserable place, slow service, cheap nasty food. Loud and noisy with kids running all over the place and parents that don't give a damn long as they don't disturb them. This place used to be lovely 10yrs ago, now it's rough and grubby

Visited on a Saturday so no specials on. I thus expected more care going into the main menu. The food was ok not great. Service was below average and we usually really like Brewers Fayre. I think that your staff need to visit some of the higher rated ones for some training. It won't put me off Brewers Fayre... Maybe just this one.

A very relaxing meal. Food hot and delicious and sensible portion sizes. Staff friendly and attentive. Good value for money. Choice of seating arrangements and tables far enough apart to give privacy. Good children's menu with a play area to keep them busy whilst waiting for meal changed at £3.00 per hour but children able to return after meal until time is up. Monitors in the family area showing play area.

The food was overpriced and inedible whilst we was there there was a number of people sending their food back and asking for refunds would not recommend

Stayed at the premier inn next door lastnight after a 14 hr shift!! Ordered food at 7pm still no food at 8pm then waitress came and apologised and said they were just dishing up. When it finally came out at 8.15 was absolutely stone cold disgusted got money back and went hungry won't be going bk!!!!!!
