The food was okay, you could tell it was pre heated sauces and chicken added to it Middle aged waiter was polite at the start and then it got worse by the end of the meal. I was in the area on business and had a table for one, I took one break because I ordered too much and the waiter came over and said have you finished. I was half way through my meal... and it clearly shown that with the amount on the table. Then got pestered 2-3 times with is everything okay with the meal but seriously got into eye line and close to my personal space. I’m sure there’s other decent curry houses in the area

Worst Indian I have had in a long time. The curries consisted of puree like sauce with no texture. Very little flavour. Strange waiter kept bothering us with unfunny jokes.

Very nice food and good service. I'm very pleased to visit DilRaj each time I'm near Barnsley.

One main member of staff is incredibly rude and ignorant. How the main guy on the till is allowed to work there I will never know. Disgusting and unfriendly service and he shouldnt be allowed to face the public with that kind of attitude - this is the third occasion he has treat me and my family like this. He also decided today that he would shout at my father who ordered on justeat - if you dont want us to order on justeat then take yourselves off, ridiculous.

The service was poor.staff took ages to serve you.also restaurant was freezing. We had to eat with our coats on.When we asked about a dish the waiter didn't know and never came back with an answer. Won't be going back.this used to be our favourite Indian.
