Clean rooms of a reasonable size. Shared a twin here whilst at a conference nearby. 24hr reception is very useful and staff are very friendly. The breakfast especially is really good with huge portions. Location is great for the town or university and price is good. Would recommend.

Room was basic but exactly what I needed and what I needed, clean and comfortable. Love the fresh fruit and the fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room. Food was lovely at breakfast. Staff were lovely, hospitable and very friendly. Definitely worth a return visit and excellent value for money.

Nice little hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a basement room which was a bit small for twin beds. Nice tea & coffee facilities. Excellent breakfast with good choice for those with dietary requirements. Easy 15 minute walk to town centre or take a No.8 or 9 bus just a few mins walk away.

Great location helpful friendly staff. Room was adequate and parking was thrown in bonus! Breakfast was great and didn't have to wait long for it.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a well positioned hotel, close to the centre, Clifton village and the suspension bridge. Happy to return one day.
