Bed not comfy, zero facilities at hotel and no sign posting to get to the services. I once went on a camping trip in 1989 to the lakes, it rained every day, the tent leaked and the car broke down BUT I still had a better time in the lakes than this place.

Terrible place! Follow the signs to hotel car park & you find yourself around the back surrounded by metal fencing & no signs showing the way to reception. Very muddy & wet 5 minutes later you are met by a very unfriendly receptionist who thinks all complaints are directed at him personally, yet he won't take responsibility to fix anything. One of our rooms had no toilet seat, but would he move us? No. Would he fix it? No. Would he refund our room? No. He would though throw us out if we kept complaining. Do not stay here!

Room is clean...lack of parking due to building works is a pain...im in the lorry park. Staff are nice..plenty of tea, sugar and milk for the room. Good price at 45 a night. Taxi into Bristol 25 quid ..be warned..

No me toon of the renovation. Not enough parking. Rooms mouldy and falling a part. The only positive thing about my stay was the view of the tesla charging station.
