A very nice stay at a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were well kept. On arrival we were given a cookie each which was really nice. It was still warm and had a liquid centre. The bathroom was a little small as the door opened onto the shower matt. The location is close to Bristol temple mead's station but not a lot else to be honest. A short can ride would be the best way to get it the city centre.

Attended an event that was held at the venue. Very friendly staff, very clean and reasonable prices at the bar. However no food available to buy from the hotel, as far as I was aware, except for crisps. Just to be aware, car parking spaces were a little tight, so awkward for big cars. But all in all a very nice place.

Nice hotel, reasonably well maintained. Staff were very helpful and parking was super easy. The room was a little on the tired side, it had clearly been a long time since it had seen a paint brush. The 'fresh' flowers in the room were dead when we arrived and notepads etc had not been replaced from the previous guests. Bed was very comfortable and the hotel very quiet at night. A good stay for one night but no more.

Great hotel in the perfect location halfway between Temple Meads station and town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely furnished and the beds are excellent. Only negative is that the walls are very thin so just hope that your neighbours behave

Lovely rooms and excellent service. Only downfall is no smoked salmon at breakfast and shower water pressure is a little weak, but I will still happily return next time .
