UCB  is amazing - no matter how hard you think you work out at the gym, these guys will seriously get you sweating like you never have before!  The best thing about Tom & Gav is how passionate they are about fitness and teaching people the right way to get in shape - whatever your goal is.  Really amazing guys :

Bootcamps are absolutely amazing!!!!!  I recommend it to anyone who seriously thinks about getting in shape. With the help of Gav and Tom I lost 15 kg and I look and feel better than ever!

Have been training with Tom for a little while already and trust his methods, I'm much stronger and acquired great knowledge in form, how to focus and nutrition. The Bootcamp is a great fun way to vary the routine and it's not easy! So theres an element of fun, meeting new people and sharing the pain. Highly recommended! Thea
