One of the best and friendliest gyms I have ever visited. Great assortment of equipment and plenty of floor and studio space. The staff are great and the gym is too.

Relatively new member. Good gym with all sorts of equipment and lots of space. Unsurprisingly heaving before and after work and during lunch times but if you can sneak out and visit outside of peak hours, it's a great place to workout. The showers are good, changing rooms clean, towels on arrival. Tonnes of classes on offer.

I trained at the gym twice now during peak times and it's overcrowded. The PT's think they own the place and hog multiple pieces of equipment for their clients, this is completely unacceptable when the gym is busy. I will be moving back to Third Space.

Very modern and spacious gym, with modern equipments. You don't need a lock as the changing room lockers have a combination lock on them. The gym has spacious dry sauna plus a steam room. With plenty of lockers and shower cubicles. Plenty of useful classes.

One of the best gyms in London, especially for the PTs who work there - they are really helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and orderly.

Good place to have time out in gym. There are many going here to gym in the lunch break and in the evening. As there are lot of offices in fenchurch street this will be occupied in break time and evenings as well as in mornings. Good equipments instructors and shower place.
