Good Gym. Cardio upstairs and machines and free-weights downstairs. Currently undergoing renovation work. No lift access to the lower levels. 1 x Squat Rack.

I've been at the gym for a few years and every year are always improving and always able to get my workout. Staff are always quick to help and responsive especially Jodi provides a few laughs. Worth coming too.

Good gym with a wider range of equipment than I expected.  If you don't want to workout shoulder to shoulder with everyone else, get there when it opens. I usually have the downstairs to myself for 30mins first thing in the morning.

Very decent gym. You pay for what you get. Weight area usually busy and quite cramped. The staff are really nice.

Not the nicest gym in the world but staff are really friendly and has the facilities to do a work out. They were refurbishing when I went so will look different in the future.

Brilliant non pretentious place, always clean, very friendly and what more do you want for £21.99 a month? What can you get for that these days? Hairdyers, clean showers, bags to put any wet clothes in ... stretching machines. You can't really ask for more for this price.

Very good before 5pm. Can't wait for the refurb.
