Have had a great experience here. Staff is nicely trained and most important, cleanliness is maintained at this place.

Was on the 8-week programme with Dean who was an exceptional trainer! He is very experienced and clearly knows his stuff, and was super supportive during sessions. I achieved amazing results that I didn't think was possible in such a short space of time. Would 100% recommend to any one considering joining
