Flagship of Virgin Active Collection clubs... No one other have stunning spa area like here is. If you came weekdays from 9 AM you 1 PM, you could find self as alone at this part of club. Gym condition is amazing, staff absolutely nice...

Really nice club, staff are friendly and every time I went there maybe I was lucky the gym floor was seams really quiet ! Never tried the caffè area, so I can’t talk about that, but they have a nice and clean swimming pool, great selections of classes and PT.

Please be aware it closes at 8.00 PM on Friday not 9.00 PM as listed here on Google. Quite frustrating since I travelled 30 minutes to use the pool but at least the  staff on duty apologised. Please update your times to avoid wasting people's time. Otherwise decent gym.

Rude Staff/Management wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this gym if you expect good customer service stay away!

The spa area is great! A nice lounge and  facilities are clean spotless.

This is a nice gym but sauna needs to be cleaned much more. Make more cleaners.
