Very average,all tile designs are in racks so you cant match or compare, large warehouse but not massive choice. Bit over priced.

Poor customer service. Not friendly staff. Unwilling to assist after purchase when tiles were clearly the wrong size. situation unresolved.

Beige!  It was an insult to my eyes and senses.  Try some colour variety.

Great selection of tiles and no problem with ordering in samples.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of products and impartial advice given. Displays helped us visual our tiles over a larger area.

Only popped in to look at some tiles but the member of staff wouldn't take my answer to his question that we were only just looking. He continued like a car salesman in suggesting something that we were not interested in. I've never had this problem with other tile shops we visited that day.

Went here to get some grout and some stone sealer. Top quality products. There was a good selection of grout's. They also stock a good range of LTP products that I used to seal my natural slate floor. The staff were all very helpful. Well maintained store with a great selection of good quality products to complete your tile project.

Great customer service  from karen. She was brilliant, nothing too much trouble.  Would  highly  recommend.  Ordered  all our tiles and trimmings.  Great choice and good  quality  products.
