It's a retail shop. The layout has recently changed, areas have been closed off, and the sofas are now too far over the walkways, making it feel claustrophobic. There is always a broken lift. There's lots of variety and some of the staff are fantastic.
Walked around near a staff member on the floor deliberately saying to my daughter I couldn't find a t-shirt on a mannequin, that maybe they'd sold out, maybe it was somewhere else, maybe I'd have to ask someone. Multiple cues for an offer of help but Nothing nnSome great clothes though. Including a great t-shirt on a mannequin.
Just love this place with all these amazing products from lush sofas to great clothes. My only criticism is that the customer service could have been slightly better.nI had to search for the correct jean size for my husband,when a bit of help would have been welcomed.nThere were four members of staff having a chat while I was searching.nThat said,I totally enjoy every visit and never leave empty handed.
New what iwated but couldn't find it asked a lady staff member and instead of telling me se said follow me and took me exactly to the arean. Her name was Sam very polite kind & pleasant. It's a place in would go to again so nice to be made welcome ks
Always feels like the apprentice designed the mensware when compared to the women's selection. Men are a proper afterthought; just in case the husband comes along for the ride..
