Wow. Went in for something today and couldn’t find what I was looking for. A staff member called George really took the time to make me what I wanted from a selection of plumbing parts. Usually you get a “if it’s not in the shelf we don’t sell it” but George went the extra mile to solve my problem.
We had an exceptional experience in this store today with JoJo. We needed help with decorating our bathroom and nothing was any trouble. She was passionate, enthusiastic,knowledgeable and she cared to make sure we got the right things we needed. Thankyou.
They cut sheet material to size which isn't just useful to fit things in the car, but they will make whole projects much easier. The cutting service has a professional and very helpful member since of staff operating the machine. Parking is free. A burger van is on site which is always a bonus
I was recently spoken to by a young lad called Harry. He was very sweet and seemed extremely enthusiastic by his job and his role. Was very happy with the service i recieved.
