Great value not to mention you can have your paint mixed! This is a niche market to hold as I don’t think I know many in the area!
Huge store and well stocked. Out of town so parking easy. Good access from the M27
They cut sheet material to size which isn't just useful to fit things in the car, but they will make whole projects much easier. The cutting service has a professional and very helpful member since of staff operating the machine. Parking is free. A burger van is on site which is always a bonus
Lovely friendly helpful staff but very upset that all the tills are self service. Half out of order and queued because a lot of people couldn't use them. Lots of people needing help and only one member of staff rushed off her feet helping. I will stop using b and q and go to Wicks in future.
Ordered item click and collect said in stock to find out in a hour it out of stock. What is terrible is it is in stock in many other stores and not giving option to collect fromother stores. Instead just refund which takes 5 working days up to 14 days. So now I have to pay again and wait for my money . Not everyone can afford this when doing work on home. Left my short for other materials.. terrible service
