This store always has a wide range of clothing, bathroom and cosmetic products as well as an extensive range of items for the home.nWith many items being end of line, the prices are good and you also never know what you are going to find.
First time to visit this TK Maxx branch and it’s massive. So many products to choose from at affordable prices and big brands. Plenty of clean changing rooms. The shelves are fully stocked. Christmas decors are ready on display for the festive season.
Extremely poor service from staff at this store. At first they didn’t believe that the items I returned hadn’t been worn; I was then insulted by an assistant called Jordan. While some might find it funny being called a donut and even I found it mildly amusing that’s really not the way a customer should be spoken to. I’m sure his bosses don’t read the feedback and even if they do nothing will be done to reprimand him. He Jordan would certainly benefit from a little customer service training.
Not pet friendly anymore..nSymths Toys allow carrying dog in store. But they aren't, quite nonsense.nThe security officer was not necessary to expel me rudely and agitatedly. I was just hugging my small dog all the time, and it didn't touch anything.nEven though my family and I were their clients for a long time.nWe won't shop at TK maxx possibly.
A perfect place for Christmas or any time shopping. The staff are friendly and plentiful. There is such a variety here it's well worth a visit.
