Staff were rude and abrupt. Did not want to turn on the heating for the range. On the website pictures make the facilities look nice however in person you get a different experience. Broken golf balls, dirty clubs (which you do not get to pick & only 1 per person)
It is a good day out that is fairly cheap and at the right time can be pretty much empty - probably due to unhelpful, unhappy staff that would rather be watching TV than serving customers.

The place needs a good renovation as the website is misleading.

Only reason for 2 stars is the fact you can get a good time out with friends and family as long as you can look past the rudeness of staff and unkept facilities.

Nice coffee.  Different place to have a meeting with good coffee away from the crowds at the chains.
