I went for full English breakfast in their restaurant, everything they served on the plate was warm/hot but the bacon was very cold. I asked them if they freshly prepared it, they said 'yes', prepared to the order! they agreed to serve me a fresh plate. All they basically did was heating up the entire plate of breakfast in a microwave. This was amply clear as the bacon was warm but rest of the food including tomatoes, egg and hashbrown was too hot to handle, I had to wait few minutes before I put anything in my mouth, by which time the bacon was cold and hard! What was disappointing was the callous nature of disregard for customers. Would never go to their restaurant again. I am a regular customer at Salisbury groceries, I would continue to shop there but wouldn't visit their restaurant.

They never order enough of the choices Easter eggs in and all the other dairy free eggs don't taste like milk chocolate. They must wonder why they never have any of that brand and loads of all the manky ones. They used to stock the choices caramels, but never before Xmas or Easter. They would run out about 3 months before. Customers complained so they removed them and they were only store selling them for miles around. What about all the kids at Xmas and Easter who don't eat dairy?! They just don't give a toss as long as they've got their isles and isles of 'death dairy' products.

Very large Sainsbury's. I think it's the largest in the country. Very US-style with a massive parking that reminds me some airports. Well stocked and maintained. However, the entrance is really hidden and badly indicated. I arrived to the roundabout then continued straight ahead because I didn't see that the entrance was at my right. It was dark and the only signage was small and poorly lit. I have seen newsagents with better signage.

Good parking, well stocked with reasonable regular offers and bargains. The fresh baked bread from the in-store bakery is to die for. Added bonus is that its adjacent store is M&S!!

Large supermarket with free car parking adjacent, there is also a fuel station, carwash plus a click & collect collection point, with an in-store cafe at the back of the store. This store has a great range of all your day to day household daily living needs with manned & self serve tills to pay for your purchases, I also found the range of clothing exceptional compared to other stores, plus there is electrical for the home plus laptops, mobiles etc,etc.
